Joshua Blevins
Head Pastor
I have been blessed to call Jefferson County home my entire life, and it is a joy to now raise my family in the community that has meant so much to me. My wife and I were married in 2010, and God has blessed us with three wonderful daughters.
I graduated from White Hall High School in 2005 and continued my education at Southeast Arkansas College and the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. Since 2006, I have served in vocational ministry, and in November 2013, God called me to be the pastor of Shannon Road Baptist Church. It is an honor to shepherd this church family as we grow in faith, share the hope of the Gospel, and serve our community.
I also enjoy spending time with my family and encouraging young people in our area. Whether I’m coaching my daughters, cheering them on at dance and cheer, or supporting local youth sports, I count it a privilege to invest in the next generation.

Children's Director
I was born and raised here in Pine Bluff. Though raised in church, it wasn’t until 16 when I truly and fully surrendered to God, I was called ministry soon after. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Christian Ministries from Williams Baptist College now Williams Baptist University and my Masters of Theological Studies from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. I have embraced numerous roles in the church including Youth and Associate Pastor, which has taken me numerous places, but God has brought me back home and in doing so I am lucky to serve as Children’s Pastor.
